iPhone How to disable an app to detect adblockers?

I am using an app called apptrailers and there is a lot of ads in it. I downloaded a app called "Weblock" and it took away all the ads in apptrailers. The only problem is that when Weblock disables the ads In apptrailers, apptrailers detects Weblock and disables a lot of functions in apptrailers. So I want to make apptrailers to not detect that Weblock is disabling the apptrailer ads. My phone is jailbroken and I have ifile and Flex 2 so maybe on some way but please help me.
