Hi, I use a website and they asked for acceptance of cookies. I accidentally accepted it. Can I disable it to prevent them from gathering information?

Just deleting the cookies is unlikley to stop tracking especially by third parties. I always recommend Privacy Badger for JS blocking, Privacy Possum for etag blocking and Cookie Autodelete to white list cookies and delete those that are not needed. I use Brave as my main browser but if your using something like Firefox id add in Ublock Origin and Https Everywhere too. Another setting to enable is encrypted dns if your browser supports it.
