How to disable Java in Safari?

I was reading this link:

In that page it says, "Disable Java in your browser. (For Safari users, uncheck "Enable Java" in Safari > Preferences > Security.)"

But in my Mountain Lion and Safari 6.1.3 there is NO Java option.

What can I do to disable Java?

Java isn't installed by default in 10.7+. You'll only see that option if you installed it manually.

Ok cool I dont want Java installed, better for security not to have it and I never use website that demand it to be installed.
