MobileMe alerts when more than 5% of your info is changed, and asks if this is really what you'd like it to do.

I find this function great and useful, although as with notes it's kind of pointless, since you're always noting something, and it's supposed to change info constantly.

There's any way to disable this alerts? Im getting crazy with all those popup messages every time I turn on my Macbook or iMac.

You can go into the iSync app preferences (that's the app that handles the warnings for changes between synced notes) and change the setting there. Just uncheck the box next to "Show Data Change Alert when..."

Exactly, it's too risky.

In one hand, every single change i make in notes is warned on my iMac and Macbook, in other hand eighter i don't sync nother anymore or take the risk of losing important data.

I'm looking for some way to disable specifically notes alerts, maybe an applescript or something..

One would think that eventually you'll have enough notes that a change here and there won't affect it as much. Perhaps you can just wait it out?
