How to disable or uninstall all AI related stuffs from MacOS?

What do you include as AI related? Just the extras in 15.1 that you have in your part of the world? Or are you including older functionality like indexing photos by their content or web searching in Spotlight?

So start by specifying what functionality want to block.

Or alternatively, don't use what you object to.

You could go to Settings, then Apple Intelligence, and just make sure everything is turned off.

I don't think there's any way to actually uninstall it.
