On macOS Sierra if you do 3/4 fingers swipe up/down to trigger mission control/exposé, you fingers have to go a very long range to make the animation done. otherwise it will bounce back. And, if you do a "swipe and leave" gesture like before, the animation takes too long to get there unless you swipe very (very very) quickly.
Is there a way to get the old fashion way back? Sierra seems changed a lot settings and user behaviors without even fine tuning.
