Possibly go into the iPad and turn off the ability for it to answer phone calls.

It doesn't have that ability. All of those settings are OFF.

Go into Settings on your phone, click on Cellular, then click on Calls on Other Devices.

See if the "iPad" is selected there and deselect it if it is.

iOS 16 did have this feature if you enabled devices to get calls under the Calls on Other Devices section.

This was all turned off. I rebooted my iPhone about 3 three times, and it seems to have gone away.

Don't know what caused it to appear in the first place, but thanks everyone.
