Apple Music How to display only downloaded songs in Music on Mac?

I'm downloading some songs to my Mac for offline use, as one does. On iPhone, there's a section in Music where your downloaded music is displayed separately, its basically the main view just for downloaded stuff. Is this also available on Mac?
Also, how can I remove all Music downloads without removing my own stuff that I added to the library and synced to the cloud?
