Hello.

Outlook has a junk mail folder when logging in via the web interface.

Does anyone know how to make this junk folder appear in Mail on my Mac so that I can see the messages in it rather than having to login via the web interface?

Many thanks.

M.

When you configure the emails all the folders on the server should automatically sync with your device. Do you not see it or do you not get emails synced properly?

Is this a new issue with Catalina? How is the Outlook.com email set up (IMAP or Exchange)?

It's Exchange.

Thanks for that. I can see a folder called 'Junk' with zero messages and size (which is currently correct). However when I select 'Junk' and click 'show messages' another tab opens saying 'no mailbox selected'.
