Hi all.

Hoe to get the text to appear on a UITableViewStyleGrouped background without a white background for the text..

I made the GROUPED STYLE view for a viewController, added a label with a text...

But the text is coming with label's background (white color)...
Can we make it transparent (Label bground)???

I want something like what i attached.. (Please see the attachment)

I realized that what is in the attchment is not a LABEL, but the name-field is a UITableViewCell only... (But how they make invisible the background of cell?)

You actually want the table *cell* to be transparent? Why? It seems like you'll take quite a performance hit. Apple really makes it sound like those cells should stay opaque.
