How to distinguish between two audio tracks in ATV2?

Ripped movies with two audio tracks (AAC, 2-ch and AC3, 5.1) show both of the audio tracks as "English" on ATV2. How do I know which one is the 2-ch or 5.1?
Is there a way for the ATV to show "English (Stereo)" and "English (Surround)"? I use Handbrake to rip DVDs, sometimes MP4Tools to convert audio, and Subler to tag them.

I don't know if it is a fluke but AC3 tracks don't seem to show up on my ATV2 anymore. However, as far as I remember, ATV2 lists audio tracks in the same order as the data streams appear in the file. So if the AC3 track is first, then it will be listed first. Actually, I no longer use AC3 because they seem to cause issues with playback on the ATV2 (at least mine). Instead I always convert the AC3 track to 6-channel AAC and a 2-channel AAC as a fallback.

Without having to open the file to find out what order the audio tracks are in, is there a way to distinguish between the audio tracks in AppleTV? I'd love to for it to say "English (Stereo)" and "English (Surround)".

The ATV1 used to display tagged audio tracks (via Subler) but I don't think the ATV2 ever did. Which is a shame, because I used to use it to distinguish commentary tracks. I'm also at a loss how the ATV2 handles TV show season sorts, and artwork handling, as compared to the ATV1.
