Hi all,
does anybody know how to do the kind of buttons/design item as the sample buttom below ?

In photoshop, create a vector rounded rectangle with a 4px circumference on the corners. Add a gradient overlay in the layer's filters, copy the blues from your samples. Add drop shadow and bevel/emboss in the filters. Use the font Myriad Bold, and give it an inner shadow. As for the values for all the filters, do what I did, have your image next to the original and eyeball it.

Or if you're doing a one off and don't care to be able to reuse it just cut the middle out of the original Apple button and stretch the columns of pixels that don't have text on them to fill in the hole.
