How to downgrade back to Sequoia?

My main machine is a 15 inch M4 Air, I don't want to mess with it. But I have a spare 13 inch M2 MacBook Air that I was about to put up for sale.

I was thinking of installing the beta on the spare unit and messing around with it, but would like to restore it back to Sequoia before I sell it. Will this be easy to do and how would it be done?

I imagine this will be a very searched for question in a few days haha

Easy enough with a backup. If you want to go back, you’d have to enter recovery mode and reinstall the OS back to Sequoia, then restore from backup.

Although saying this, it took me ages to figure out how to get my Mac mini into recovery mode last night! Thankfully, everything back to normal now. Until October that is.
