I have beta 18.1 on my MacBook Pro and it been relatively ok few issue but nothing that has prevented me from working. Now with the final release of 18 coming next week I decided to install the RC to my system but I can't since im on 18.1 beta

Is this going to prevent me from installing the Final Release of 18? If so how do I go about "downgrading" for final release?

I think you can either use a Time Machine backup (made using the stable version of the OS) or you have to do a clean install.

You won't get the final release next week. You'll have to do a clean install. Time Machine no longer backs up or restores the OS.

Directions can be found on the beta site:

It'd probably be easier to just wait and upgrade to the final version of 15.1 next month.

I have beta 18.1 on my 14" M1 MacBook Pro also and if the 18.0 update doesn't come up, I am just going to wait for the official 18.1 update. Shouldn't be too long after the official 18.0 update comes out.
