You can't!

Sadly, many of today's young people have overlooked the art of reading - newest members never seem to browse existing threads so we get same back to back identical questions.

Or, they post a question that could be answered by a 5 second Google search - and wait much longer for a reply to their post.

Makes no sense to me either

Most of them seem to come from people who don't write English (well). Either the word NO cannot be translated correctly or does not exist in their language so they keep asking.

Most of the English speakers have finally figured out that they can't and have stopped asking. Why it takes the rest of the world so long to catch up I don't know.

Two quick thoughts:

First, it doesn't help that the iPhone 4 can be 'downgraded' yet the 4S cannot.

Second, it may be confusing to new members when certain betas of 7.1 can be jailbroken while other incarnations of 7.1 cannot.

But yeah, the continued, "mother-may-I" questions are a tad annoying.
