how to downgrade my phone to 3.1.2 again

Hi, I really need help on this!

I jailbroke my Iphone 3G about 4 months ago. After awhile I realized that it has been so laggy especially when I open my text messages. I thought that the problem lied on the number of apps that I had in my iphone so I synced it to itunes to delete some of them. Itunes suggested me to upgrade my phone from 3.1.2 to 3.1.3. I was glad and upgraded it, thinking the reason for its laggy-ness was because it didn't have the latest firmware. The moment it was upgraded, it was locked! After researching, I came to realize that upgrading to 3.1.3 was a big mistake!! Arghhh

Now i really don't know how to downgrade my phone to 3.1.2 again. My phone is totally useless now. I can't even restore it.
How??? Somebody, please help! I'm desperate

You can downgrade to 3.1.2 but you will not going to be able to unlock it.

Yup! plan and simple when jailbreakers upgrade firmware they do it at there own risk! All you can do is wait and see what happens!
