How to download free app when credit card is declined.

I can't download even free app they need me to verify credit card all the time but what the point I just want free apps. Anybody have solution for this problem please share thank you.

Apple wants a credit card on file, no matter what you're trying to download. Buy a prepaid card and use that.

Won't take my perfectly good credit card for a free app. I even went to Apple support and made sure all info is up to date. Still can't get the app. I've seen this problem on the forums but this is the first time it has happened to me.

You will have to add a card if you bought something and the payment got declined, or you have a re-occurring subscription charge setup.

You will be able to download free apps once the payment goes through on a different card you put in, or you cancel any subscriptions you signed up for. You can even set your payment method to 'none'.
