I would like to know how to download podcast episodes from the Mac Podcast App onto my Catalina OS X computer desktop.
While podcast episodes are listed in the Library/Group Containers folder, these files are not identifiable enough when searching for a specific podcast program and episode. Also, I have found the instructions in the following Apple Support page to be not helpful. It mentions things like an Add button + and a Download button. But I have not located these buttons even though instructions on their location are very clear. It may be that these Apple instructions are outdated.
Given the above, I'm looking for a simple way to download specific podcasts from the Mac Podcast player onto the Catalina OS X desktop.
