How to download video to computer.... *sigh*

Hey all,

By no means am I new to computers or Macs at all, but I really can't figure out this very simple procedure...

Essentially I want the video that is linked there, on my computer. I know it's wmv, but that doesn't matter, I would just like to save it locally. Can anybody help me out on how to get this?
