I saw in Safari release notes that new feature for duplicate tabs had been added in the safari release with iOS 13.4.
how to actually duplicate A safari tab on 13.4.1?

Put phone (Safari) in Landscape. Press tab/page icon (2 squares). Press and hold on the tab you want to duplicate and select Copy. Open a new tab and paste the address.

That’s the only way I could find.

You can of course copy and paste the address from any tab in any orientation. If there is a specific Duplicate option I’d love to know too.

But that’s hardly a new feature that release notes for safari mention.
