i have 3gs and some contacts have thumb nails when calling or being called. how do i make them into all thumbnails?. its useless when i call someone and the picture is in the back and the dialer covers it

The thumbnails come from images you have in Address Book. The full screen pics come from the ones you've assigned on the iPhone.
Is it just me, or wouldn't it be so much easier to give users the option for thumbnail or full screen pictures of our contacts when calling/called? I'd like to have full screen pictures, and already have pictures of people on my computer, but I don't want to go up to each of them asking for a pose to be able to have a full screen pic on my iphone. I tried taking pics of my monitor as the pic is up on it, but it looks dumb.
