hi

i have over 47000 photos on my HDD and i want to watch these on the Apple TV.

because the filing and viewing system on ATV is primative (no front preview screen or ability to search files or file strucutre etc) what would people recommend? what are people doing currently with their pics??

my current solution is to set up an Apple TV file on the PC and drop in which ever photos i want to watch. this is highly unsatisfactory, but what other options are there???

47,000 photos, each photo on a slideshow for 3 seconds. That is 141,000 seconds = 2,350 minutes = 39 hours.

You sure you'd view every single one?

hi

i would like to be able to have easy access to each pic. essentially my problem is that, if i want to access any particualr set of pictures, currently i need to locate them in my PC filing (not a major deal) copy them into my Apple TV file, and then sync. even then i have to go through all the pics in sequence, before i get to the ones i really wanna see.

basically have others found the lack of any filing system on Apple TV for pics, a problem?
