How to enable Emoji without jailbreak ?

I have an iPhone 3G, non-jailbroken and would like to have Emoji.

I had used frostyplace to enable this, but have recently done a restore and this option has been removed.

I have heard that apple have stopped this.

Is there any other apps on app store still currently doing this before it is removed.

you missed the boat on this one. there were alot of apps that enabled emoji just by downloading them in the american app store. but apple apparently caught on this past week and told them all to do a new version disabling the feature.

jailbreak it and then relock it. it keeps emoji on it
