Hi all

Looking at this article here: https://www.macrumors.com/2020/11/06/safari-webpage-translation-feature-more-countries/

Safari translation is being rolled out even further. How is it enabled? I have a US Apple ID, does the regional and/or timezone settings also have to be in the US? I have Safari 14 but on Catalina. Does this require Big Sur? Thanks

Yes, it requires Big Sur.

From the link you provided:
Apple introduced Safari's machine translation earlier this year when it debuted iOS 14 and macOS Big Sur at WWDC in June.

Sigh...ok thanks. I cannot upgrade to Big Sur yet due to some Enterprise Apps not yet ready... pretty lame an OS upgrade is required for this Browser feature

Translation isn't a browser feature. It's an OS feature that happens to be exposed in the browser.
