How to enable tabs sync?

How do I enable the syncing of bookmarks/tabs? I can't find any settings on my iPad/Mac. Running Mountain Lion and the latest iOS 5.

This requires either multiple macs with ML or a mac with ML and an iOS device with iOS 6. iOS 5 does not have this functionality.

Oh really? Shoot! I thought it would work with iOS 5.

I wish Apple would just release new operating systems at the same time. Getting only part of the new features is annoying.
