Yesterday I uploaded the new operating system Catalina, and on I lost the first ׳space׳ where a watch, stocks, and such gadgets were installed. I don't know how to enable this desktop space again - please you're advice...

It's called the Dashboard and has been removed. It no longer exists in Catalina. There's at least one thread here full of people moaning about its demise.

I'd love it back of course, but I've been on Catalina for weeks (betas) and I've pretty much forgotten about it and moved on.

Thanks so much, I searched for over an hour before I decided to ask you. I experienced the same problem in Mojave but then I happened to find the way to restore the dashboard. Thanks again, also for the word dashboard. 🙏
