How to enable Youtube HD with Apple TV 3?

i just got the Apple TV 3 not too long ago and i noticed that all the youtube videos are not HD quality. Even that particular video is available for 720p HD using computer.

Is there any setting that i can enable so that all the youtube video will play HD if it is available in HD.

I think on mine it does it automatically if there's a HQ version of the video.

I thought I read before that YouTube can limit the quality of the video based on the requested device, i.e., web browser, Apple TV app, iPad app, mobile browser on 3G/4G/LTE, etc.

They may be limiting it to a lower quality video than the ones available on your computer. I know that there are some videos that I can get on my computer that I cannot on my Apple TV.
