How to erase all datas in iPhone?

I asked several questions about deleting text messages AND Phone numbers that I kept getting from annoying and disgusting people but even Apple couldn't solve my issue. I showed my issue from live video and they noticed about it. Still, they didn't respond about my issue so I would like to wipe out the entire datas I can re-download all apps tho. Contacts is the only app that I want to keep all infos. Not sure if my iPhone can erase all infos especially text messages completely since I used hand off feature for macbook pro iMessage. I just wanna wipe out all phone numbers and text messages basically.

If you use the erase and reset all settings and data option it will remove everything.

What about iCloud account, contacts, and keychain?

That stays with iCloud so you can sign in back once the phone is restored as new and get contacts back.
