iPhone device keeps updating. Now the newly released iPhone for 2019 is coming on its way and I am hoping to replace it with my old iPhone X. I need to wipe all my data and if you guys can suggest how to do it.
Thanks.

Settings > General > Erase All Content and Settings is the easiest way.

You can also plug it into a computer and click Restore in iTunes, but that also reinstalls iOS so it takes longer. If you just need to wipe your data then do it via Settings.
Thanks, will try this method

0. Remember to backup !!!
0.5. Unpair any apple watches
1. go into wallet and delete all credit cards
2. turn off findmyphone
3. turn off location services
4. log out of your apple id
5. settings -> general -> reset ->erase all content and settings

Voila!
