Is there any way to clear your history in Safari without deleting cookies and other info?? That's a major pain...

go to username/Library/Caches/Metadata/Safari/History and delete them manually.

I have to delete "Todays" history only in order not to delete my cookies that I want to keep from a few days earlier (Pain but it works for me), but have left a suggestion with Apple to provide a way in doing exactly what you are asking. You may wish to do same so Apple will have at least a few of use that want this. Even CCleaner gives us this option to keep what we don't want deleted
