How to fix failing iChat file transfers

if someone could tell me a way to get iChat to properly transfer files like it first did it would be great.

all my friends and i can't transfer any files over ichat anymore. i can recieve files from pc users but not from OS X users and it sucks.

whats the deal? is this just a buggy ichat that it won't work for all of us or is there a fix?

do they start up?

do you trasfer files and then fail partway into it or does the transfer never really start?


Its probably a firewall problem
