iPhone How to fix my custom image for wifi bars?

It's supposed to be a red ribbon. It just shows up white everywhere. It also does this for my alarm clock, signal dots etc if I put a custom image for it in winter board.
Only once did it show up properly in the eBay app for some reason.
Advice to fix this? Thank you.
