Does anyone know how to force apps built against iOS 7's native SDK to display traditional UI?

Earlier, I happened to see these screenshots, posted by one of the people I've followed on Twitter, he actually posted how to do it on a simulator because (at that time) no public jailbreak is available. So I didn't pay too much attention to how to do it. However, I saved a few screenshots to tell you what it's like and since then, you may be able to help me.

Since today a public jailbreak is available and I'd like to try this on my iPod touch, I really want your help and try to enable traditional UI on certain apps.

One of the things that I did remember is that I should add something in Info.plist, and set the value to "True". But I couldn't remember what to add, so thanks for reading and helping!-:)

Would you please post his/her twitter account?.. Assuming he or she is okay with it. I love the idea, and would like to follow it to see if it actually takes off.

I also like this idea.
The problem is I forgot his Twitter account and I couldn't find it through Twitter's search function. I followed him and he's still in my list. From what I could remember, he posted these on 31st September or 1st October. My Twitter account is @iOSight and if possible, you can search for his tweet...

Yesterday I spent two hours searching for it but no luck so far.

Thanks for being interested and helping.-:)
