I have a bunch of webcams that I look at now and then. Trouble is, I can't make Safari reload the page with the most recent image unless I use the Develop menu to Empty Caches. The normal Reload Page actions simply don't work.

On the other hand, with Firefox, just clicking the Reload tool instantly reloads the page with a new image.

Is there any way to get Safari to do this without emptying the caches?

Here's one of the webcam pages: Cha Am Cam

I wonder if this could be a server side problem. If I right-click on the webcam image and open in a new tab, the most recent image loads. If I go back to the full page and click the Reload icon with no modifier keys, the most recent image loads. It's very baffling.
