I've found IOS10 is very slow at updating time zone. Then randomly will change when it decides it has moved.

Is there any way to force an update, set based on location is already on. It's a bit of a pain when travelling and you need to find a clock as you can't rely on the phone now. It used to sync to local time pretty sharp before.

Have you tried enabling and disabling airplane mode? Or perhaps disbling and re-enabling the time zone setting in location services? Perhaps a restart?

Yes, well, airplane mode is re-enabled when getting off the plane. And even had SMS from the local network saying abut the rates, and the time is still wrong.

Didn't try a restart, maybe will give that a go. Seems a bit extreme to get it to check the time
