How to get 4K 60Hz?

Hello, just bought 2017 13" MBP from Apple. They recommended me to get an USB-C to Digital AV Multiport Adapter rather than a displayport adapter. The guy said that some users had troubles with the displayport adapter.

After I connected it to the monitor:

The screen shows current mode: 3840-x2160 30Hz
Optimal mode: 3840x2160 60Hz

How do I get to optimal 4K mode at 60Hz?

Get USB-C to DP. I don’t recommend USB-C to AV Multiport

Moshi USB-C to DisplayPort Cable can scale up to 5K at 60Hz
