how to get around app limiter pop ups

hello i want to play a game on steam but when the game starts to load a pop ups shows up and is like nope and exits me out WHAT DO I DOOOOO

Your hosed... What are you trying to play this game on? I assume your computer and if the network is blocking Steam I don't think you'll be able to get around it easily, not that I am an expert on this.

One possibility would be to access the game from home and set it up for offline play. Google Steam Offline Play.

its actual on the computer, i can rename things and it usually works. i can go on steam on go to the game but then the pop up stops it from loading
