How to get Cydia back onto my phone

Guys,
I have a factory unlocked 3Gs iphone on 3.1.3 and 05.12.01, I used to have cydia on my phone but when I updated it i lost Cydia and the apps that I downloaded fron cydia (winterboard, customize)

You lost your jailbreak. Unless you have your SHSH blobs saved on Cydia your stuck without a jailbreak. That means no Cydia or Winterboard.

Why are you asking this ? You have known about jailbreak and updating as all your previous posts indicate. And didn't you announce publicly you were done with iPhone and going to a Nexus ?

Its a forum and as far as I know it is a place to get information from friendly people........ Yes I did say i was getting a Nexus one and I did buy a Nexus one two months ago but I dont like it so I am back with the iPhone.

I can just recall the ones who make a display of leaving.
