Hey all. I am running 2.2.1 firmware on my iphone 2g. I deleted "Installer" and "Cydia" through WinSCP. I had to bring it in to the apple store and didn't want them to see them. Anywho, my dilema is this: I want to get Cydia back on my phone. I have OpenSHH as well as WinSCP download, on phone and computer.

Is there a way to do this without restoring my phone????

Thanks in advance for all your help!

Do you have the files for Cydia and Installer?
If you don't, just back your phone up and restore. I haven't been in that position before, but a restore would definitely work.
Oh, another place you might be able to download those files is off the internet. I haven't tried that, but you could just give it a google. ;)

You don't need Installer.
But just jailbreak again using QuickPwn to get Cydia back.
