How to get default screen color back?

Hi All
27" 2019 iMac
How do I get the default desktop color back? I was playing around and changed the colors (what you see when there is no picture in the desktop). All I want is what it was like when I got it

Have you tried going through these settings? Apple menu > System Preferences, click Desktop & Screen Saver, then click Desktop. You can refer to this link: https://support.apple.com/en-ph/guide/mac-help/mchlp1103/mac

Go to System Preferences/Display/Color , The default color is the one on top which is Color LCD.

weirdly all I have there is a profile called iMac?@

I tried looking where this setting might be stored, but have not been able to find it.

A workaround might be to create a new account (or even a guest account), check which colour it is and write down the colour values.

Edit: The setting does seem to be stored in /Users/<user>/Library/Application Support/Dock/desktoppicture.db. You could try moving that database file somewhere else (e.g. desktop) and log in again. You will lose your current desktop picture setting though.
