How to get EDGE working on O2 PAYG 1.1.3

Hey, I just got my iPhone working again, after a couple of weeks of it being bricked.

Everything works fine, but I can't access EDGE now. I know that I won't get the full EDGE speed, but I would like to be able to use the internet whereever I am still.

How do I get EDGE working again on O2 pre-pay 1.1.3. I had it working on 1.1.2, but to be completely honest, I can't remember how I did it.

Do you have an EDGE menu option in Settings->General->Network? If so then this worked for my O2 contract SIM:

APN: mobile.o2.co.uk
User:faster
Pass: web

Nope, just VPN, WiFi and Data Roaming.

I tried doing the same as I did for 1.1.2, and got nothing.

I really need this working before Monday if possible. Does anyone know how I can get it sorted?

you need to put in these settings for pay and go in o2_UK.plist:

APN payandgo.o2.co.uk
Username payandgo
password password

Still after following that fix, I get the "You are not subscribed to EDGE" message.

I've tried editing it to put the Pay and Go settings in, but to no avail.

Can anybody help?

Right, I've done the fix above, and have put the O2 Pay and Go settings into the EDGE menu that appeared, but I can't visit any sites but www.o2.co.uk

Any help would be appreciated.
