How to get iCloud?

This may be a dumb question but how does one get the iCloud services? I am running OS X Lion and iOS 5 and I haven't been able to figure it out. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

When you installed iOS 5 you should have seen it. After that check out mail settings.
