I am one of those people who does not have developer account but want to try iOS 9 on the first day of the beta launch?

What is the best way to get it?

They could open the public beta on the first day, although I very much doubt it. I would just wait anyway. If you are not a developer, why do you want to have a buggy (and past iOS developer versions were very buggy indeed) OS for your daily driver?

Anyway, there's no way to get it through the proper channels, and we can't talk about this here.

Yep, as Watabou says, there's a slim chance that it'll be available to the public on the first day. If not, then it's piracy.
