Hi,
I just wanted to share something I had just found.
Background: I have an old iPod Classic with quite a lot of music on it that had been collecting dust the last couple of years. I don't have the original music files anymore (transfers from old CDs) and I had been looking through this forum for a good method of getting the music off it so that I can add them back to my overall library. I couldn't find any good (and free) alternative in this forum but finally came across a neat little freeware called Podtrans. I used the mac version of it and it neatly copied all the mp3 files off my old iPod so I am very happy and thought I'd share this, I am sure I am not the only on in this situation.
To be crystal clear: I am not in anyway associated with the makers of this app nor do I get anything for posting this. I just thought I'd share for other people because I am so happy I finally found a solution
Ups: Title should read iPod, not iPad of course
