How to get my contacts after installing IOS 5.0.1 ?

Hey people I need help !

After restoring my sister's and my iPhone 4G to OS 5.0.1 I mistakenly keyed in her "iCloud" my user ID and suddenly her contacts and mine were copied in both Phones and we started deleteing !

The thing is we lost all her contacts but mine are still there and I think my contacts are also stored in her iCloud !

I have tried to restore her iPhone from the last back yet it didn't help.
I have lost some of my contacts too.

Please help me , is there any way that I can restore her contacts from her laptop ? or since she has an old Nokia that has her contacts is there any easy way to sync them from there ?

You should be syncing your contacts to Address Book, etc. Did you do that?

you mean before or to try to do that now?

Wow. I think you have a major problem now that her device is on your iCloud list. Changing the esssential ID in iCloud is nearly impossible once it is set. You likely need to fix this issue before you tackle the contacts problems.

I think you might have to completely wipe her phone, set up a whole new Apple ID for her. Maybe someone has a better answer - hopefully so.
