basically i wont a row of quick launches above my toggles and then quick launches at the bottoom like he did and remove the circles. Anyone know how he did this? also how did he change the icons?

Start with a tweak called 'uniformity'.

doesnt that only change colors? i already have that.

That would do colors. It may be a theme then that is changing the glyphs.
