I'm trying to essentially get work Exchange E-mail pulled and Calendar pushed. More specifically, I'd like:

1. My e-mail to arrive when I open my Inbox
2. My meetings to arrive throughout the day so I don't get notifications for meetings that have been moved or cancelled
3. The current days calendar to be up to date so that in the morning, I get a clear look at the rest of my day.

My calendar right now seems to always be one day behind.

Thanks.

Scott

Generally, Exchange just pushes everything. Your e-mail will arrive almost at exactly the same time the mail server gets it. There is no changing that. It pushes the calendar data on its own and live, so if there is a change to the meeting hopefully, you change it on your computer or your phone it it should update the opposite device. As far as your calendar being a day behind, and whatnot, it sounds like you might want to talk to your IT guy to see what the deal is.
