How to get off Beta Updates

So I got the email from Apple 2 days before the official release of ios10 to download the GM. Everything went fine and it says I have 10.01 (14A403) but when I do a software update check it's showing 10.1 Public Beta 1 and NOT 10.0.2.

How do I change this ?

As the OP mentioned, delete the beta profile. Restart the device. Make sure that the beta hasn't downloaded to Settings->General -> Manage Storage
