iPod How to get podcast onto Ipod classic shuffle

HI I just upgraded my itunes. I downloaded podcasts but in the old way, you copied and pasted directly onto the ipod, but in new itunes, it does not list the ipod as before so I don't see any way to copy the podcasts.

I read about manually moving to the ipod shuffle playlist, I don't see this anywhere.
