How to get rid of 'Privacy Report' in Safari?

Anyone know how to get rid of this annoying 'Privacy Report' in Safari? Can't find any option to disable this....

You customise your start page by tapping “edit” at the end.

You have to open a new tab and then scroll down to get the edit button. For whatever reason it doesn’t appear if you have a website open.
